Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Action Poker Network (APN). APN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of APN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• The APN Royalty promotion pits the men against the ladies for the ultimate poker Crown and runs throughout June - until 1st July 2010, with the finals taking place at 7pm EST.
• The buy-ins for the daily APN Royalty Guaranteed Tournaments are $0.50 + $0.05.
• Daily winners - 10 winners of each sex will proceed to the Semi-Finals on Fridays at 7pm EST.
• Entry into the weekly semi-finals is 1,000 Diamonds - should you be one of the 10 daily winners - or buy-in directly for $1 + 0.10. The 1,000 Diamonds are only valid for this promotion and will expire at the end of the June 2010.
• Entry into the APN Royalty Finals on 1st July 2010 at 7pm EST is 100 Copper Coins - should you be one of the winners of the weekly semi-finals - or buy-in directly for $2 + 0.20. The 100 Copper Coins are only valid for this promotion and will expire at the end of the promotion directly after the finals have run on 1st July 2010.
• The Top Male player will be crowned "King" OR the Top Female Player will be crowned "Queen" - whichever sex takes the 1st prize only - there can only be 1 crown.
• The $1,000 prize pool will be awarded to the top 3 places, and 1st prize will take $500, second prize will take $350 and third prize will take $150.
• Strict rules regarding player behaviour during the course of the promotion will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person involved in the promotion/subsequent events attended by the winner, or any other behaviour that APN, in their sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the promotion/winning event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the promotion/winning event as a result of any rules infraction, APN assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
• By participating in the promotion you grant APN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The winner must be over 18 years of age to play/participate in the promotion. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) and validated e-mail address.
• You confirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your APN account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the promotion/winning event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification from, or forfeiture of, the promotion's packages.
• APN reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without further notice. However, APN will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.
• APN shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any liability of the sort shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• APN reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which APN in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Company reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such players to the promotion.No player may have more than one APN account. If APN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
