Promotions are intended as a bonus to attract new players to PayNoRake.com.

PayNoRake.com encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse that comes to the attention of PayNoRake.com may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the making use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds.

• You agree that by taking part in the PayNoRake.com Bad Beat Payback promotion you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Bad Beat Payback promotion will run every Monday, although APN management reserves the right to change this on occasion and at their discretion if they so wish.
• This promotion applies only on real money ring games, not in tournaments, sit 'n go, freerolls or play money games.
• The only eligible tables are real money Texas Hold'em.
• In order to qualify for the Bad Beat Payback prize players must lose in a hand where they hold a Jack High Flush or better hand.
• The Bad Beat Payback promotion will pay winners as follows:
  • Players sitting at $0.10 - $0.25 and $0.25 - $0.50 tables collect $10
  • Players sitting at $0.50 - $1 tables collect $15
  • Players sitting at $1 - $2 tables collect $20
  • Players sitting at $1.5 - $3 tables collect $25
  • Players sitting at $2 - $4 tables collect $30
  • Players sitting at $3 - $6 tables collect $40
  • Players sitting at $5 - $10 tables collect $50
  • Players sitting at higher limit tables collect $100 maximum
• Not all tables qualify for the Bad Beat Payback prize. Texas Hold'em Bad Beat Payback tables will be noted with the word "Bad Beat Payback"
• Player must use both hole cards.
• Player must have been active on the table at least on the last 10 hands (raked hands) previous to the "Bad Beat Payback" hand.
• All in disconnections do not count towards claiming prize.
• In order to qualify for the "Bad Beat Payback" hand four or more players must be dealt in the hand.
• The hand must go to a showdown in order to qualify for the prize.
• Both hole cards must be included in the losing hand.
• The Player must contact Customer Service within an hour of the hand, providing the exact Bad Beat Hand Number to claim their prize. Failing to comply with this timeframe will be interpreted as a forfeit of the prize; no extemporary prizes will be credited under any circumstance and no exceptions to this rule will be accepted.
• Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's PayNoRake.com account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void.
• No player may have more than one PayNoRake.com account. If PayNoRake.com detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra accounts will be removed.
• The player is aware that abuse of deposit bonuses is not allowed. If a player activates a deposit bonus then makes a withdrawal or transfer to another account before fulfilling all the requirements to clear that bonus, that or all bonuses will be forfeited at the discretion of APN.
• PayNoRake.com management's decision is final regarding the authenticity of a "Bad Beat".
• A single member can win this promotion up to 10 times during the original run of the promotion, however, PayNoRake.com reserves the right to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, PayNoRake.com reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• PayNoRake.com may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.
• PayNoRake.com reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which PayNoRake.com in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, PayNoRake.com reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such players to the promotion.
• PayNoRake.com reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without further notice. However, PayNoRake.com will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. PayNoRake.com shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• In case of a dispute, the decisions made by PayNoRake.com will be final.
